What is the relation between sauna &infertility and role of temperature control in the testes?

is the high temperature around the body affects the testes and what is the role of skin and muscles sweating around it and can damage occur without burn to the skin around testesWhat is the relation between sauna %26amp;infertility and role of temperature control in the testes?
If the testes get overheated it will damage the sperm.

That's why the testicles are hanging outside of the body so as to cool themselves to a lower temperature than 98.6.

Hot tubs, saunas, tight underwear all cause the testicles to overheat so use them in moderation. What is the relation between sauna %26amp;infertility and role of temperature control in the testes?
High tepurtatures and low tempuratures effect sperm count. It lowers sperm count when testeicles aren't kept at the right temp.

I can't answer the rest of your question because your English is so off I don't know what you are asking.

Saunas and infertility have been studied. A single 20-minute exposure to a 175掳F / 80掳C sauna has been shown to significantly lower a man's sperm count. However, the count will return to previous levels after 5 weeks. In Finland, where the entire population has been using the sauna for centuries, they haven't died out yet from extinction, so you can see it's affects can't be too severe.

As for the burns, I'm not sure how you're using the sauna. The idea here is to sit on the wooden benches and not on stove rocks...
