Do they keep the temperature control set at too warm, too cold, or juuuust right at your place of employment?

Sometimes I could swear I work in a meat locker........brrrr!

too cold!!!!! But i, the store manager, can not change it because the corporation has made the heaing and cooling people set it at a certain temperature and lock it. i hate it.Do they keep the temperature control set at too warm, too cold, or juuuust right at your place of employment?
Its always frickn' freezing!!!!
during the summer, it's to hot and during the winter, it's to cold. I think their internal temperature gage is messed up.....
whatever i set it at, I'm boss
