What is the steps to control the temperature inside the closed vessel? suggest me if any books are available.?

A thermostat will do for fairly crude control.

If you need closer control, though, you should get a PID controller.

You will need to have as short a sensing lag as possible, or else the system could 'ring' [oscillate in temp].

You need to know about thermostats. Depending on the source of heat you have (e.g. gas or electric) the type of thermostat will be different.
