Left birthcontrol in the car for about 1-2 hrs in the cold. when came inside house, took them out and they are like soooo cold to the touch. are they still effective? i know that it lists to store between 62-74, and i know for sure if left in hot weather that would be defitnate no. but is that cold weather a problem??? i dont want to get anything happening!Can cold temperature effect birth control?
How cold is cold? An hour or two shouldn't make a big difference to the chemical make up of the pill, but if it was close or below freezing, I would call a pharmacist to check for sure if they will be effective.
