Has anyone else purchased an at-home paraffin bath with no temperature control? The wax gets scorching hot.?

I got a Waxwel paraffin bath, and didn't realize it had no temperature control. By the time all the wax is melted, it's blazingly hot. I unplugged it, but by the time the wax cooled enough to use without getting burned, it was solidifying again. How do you use these units that don't have temperature controls, or even a ';high/low'; setting?Has anyone else purchased an at-home paraffin bath with no temperature control? The wax gets scorching hot.?
