From an engineering project point of view, can we control the temperature of air entering fuel injector? i would like to have your suggestion if its possible by some radiator or some coolant? ThanksHow to control air temperature entering fuel injector?
Just to be correct with the terms ... air doesn't enter the fuel injectors (but I know what your saying). Air will travel first through your air box that houses your filter. Then it goes through the pipe into your throttle body. From there it goes to into your intake manifold and from there it goes into your head. There are gaskets that you can get that are supposed to cut down on the heat transferring from the motor to your intake manifold. There are ';cold air intakes'; that bring in outside air, instead of the heated air that's under the hood.
If your car has a turbo / supercharger you can run a line of CO2 and have it spray on your intercooler and that will lower your intake temp a bit. But remember you don't want the air too cold because it does have to combust.
That's about all the ways to cool the air off that technology currently allows. Hopefully that'll give you some ideas. How to control air temperature entering fuel injector?
yes, you increase the speed of air which cools it, or you slow it down which warms it up.
its called a turbo/supercharger
