How to control the temperature of HCL in an experiment?

I am having trouble with how to keep the temperature of HCL constant (for different values eg. 15, 25, 35 degrees celcius). Using a flame does not work well... I'm not sure what to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. How to control the temperature of HCL in an experiment?
keep it on a hot plate at a moderate temperature and continually stir the mixture and monitor the temperature as sometimes the solution gets hotter on the bottom due to direct contact with the heat. mixing should ensure a more accurate and constant temperature. How to control the temperature of HCL in an experiment?
you need to use a hotplate.
